What data do we process?
If you fill in the contact form on this website, your name and phone number are processed. This data is not stored on any server. The form composes a WhatsApp message that you send yourself via your own WhatsApp app. HS Makeover only receives your message after you press "Send" in WhatsApp.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used solely to schedule a beauty treatment appointment. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention period
HS Makeover does not store personal data outside of WhatsApp. Messages in WhatsApp are retained according to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.'s privacy policy.
